PET/PLA Environmental Sheet Extrusion Line Description

  PET/PLA Environmental Sheet Extrusion Line can be applied to the production of PET and PLA sheets, reducing the energy consumption of pre-crystallization and drying, and is suitable for the production of secondary materials. PET/PLA Environmental Sheet Extrusion Line is not only suitable for PET production but also suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch-based degradable materials. The PET/PLA Environmental Sheet Extrusion Line is mainly composed of a flat twin extruder, a screen changer, a metering pump, a mold, three rollers, a cooling bracket, traction, and winding. The extruder adopts a new type of co-rotating flat double, which has the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process, and convenient equipment use and maintenance. The unique screw combination structure minimizes the viscosity drop of PET resin. The symmetrical thin-walled roller improves the cooling efficiency while increasing productivity and sheet quality. The multi-component feeding device can reasonably control the proportion of new material, recycled material, color masterbatch, etc., and the produced sheet can be used in fields such as blister printing and packaging. The electrical system adopts Siemens system, which is easy to operate, high degree of automation, and cost-saving. The barrel is equipped with a double vacuum exhaust to ensure that the water vapor is fully discharged. The extruder is equipped with a melt metering pump for quantitative and stable output and set pressure and speed closed-loop automatic control. The whole machine adopts PLC control to realize automatic control of parameter setting, data calculation and feedback, alarm, and other functions. Drying-free new type PET three-exhaust extrusion production line (no need for crystallization, dehumidification, and drying system) is a high-quality PET and PLA sheet unit developed by Jwell. Its production process is simple, energy consumption is low, and production costs are greatly reduced.  

PLA introduction

  Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new type of bio-based and renewable biodegradable material, made from starch raw materials proposed by renewable plant resources (such as corn, cassava, etc.). Starch raw materials are saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented by glucose and certain strains to produce high-purity lactic acid, and then a certain molecular weight polylactic acid is synthesized by chemical synthesis. PLA has good biodegradability. After use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature under specific conditions, and finally, produce carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. This is very beneficial to environmental protection and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.
